Care

Keep away from water, oils, perfume, cosmetics and prolonged direct sunlight. If the surface becomes wet, blot gently with a soft, light-coloured cloth and allow it to dry naturally.

Do not use soap, solvents or household cleaning products. Avoid overfilling the card slots, as this may stretch the leather. Store flat in its presentation box when not in use.
Gifting

Every parcel arrives in a dark navy presentation box, wrapped in tissue and sealed with the Alain Courvay mark. A certificate card is enclosed.
Delivery and returns

Complimentary express delivery is included. Parcels are dispatched within 1–3 business days, with tracking sent by email. A signature is required on arrival.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. If a piece arrives damaged, develops a fault or differs materially from its description, contact support@courvay.com so the appropriate repair, replacement or refund can be arranged.
