Shipping & Passage

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Every item is sent via premium express courier, with tracking details delivered to your email upon departure.

Complimentary worldwide express shipping is included with all orders. To ensure safe passage, all deliveries require a signature upon arrival. Once a package is signed for at the designated address, Alain Courvay cannot be held liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen parcels.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined solely by local customs authorities and remain the exclusive responsibility of the recipient. Alain Courvay cannot predict or control these fees.
